Shipping & Returns

Delivery Policy

​

  • We offer same-day delivery within Istanbul for orders placed before 15:00.

  • Free delivery applies within 35 km of Şişli. For longer distances, customers must contact us for availability.

  • Delivery time varies between 2–6 hours, depending on location and order volume.

  • If the recipient is unavailable at the delivery address, we will contact the customer for alternative instructions.

  • For special requests (specific time, surprise delivery, custom notes), we will do our best to accommodate depending on availability.

Return Policy

Because our products include fresh flowers, personalized gifts, and custom arrangements, returns are only possible in the following cases:

  • The product arrived damaged

  • The wrong product was delivered

  • The product does not match the description

To request a return or refund:

  • Contact us within 2 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photo or video evidence of the issue

Refunds will be processed after verifying the problem.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase.

  • Same-day delivery orders cannot be cancelled after the courier is dispatched.
